Graduation - November 9th, 2011

Eight weeks ago, I embarked on an educational journey . . .

to get "tutored"!

Mommy & I started these classes on September 21st.
It was still WAY over 100 degrees outside.
Dr. Lang's doggie is looking at me like I'm lunch!

The first night of class, I met Bentley. He's my best bud.
We stuck it out the entire class together and didn't cheat!

Eight weeks later, here we are at final exams night (November 9th).
Temperatures are now in the low 50's.
Good thing I haven't had my haircut yet, but that doesn't change the fact that the tennis courts are cold - and so now is my tush!

I have NO CLUE what Mommy finds so funny about all this.
You'd think she'd understand the pressure of final exams!
We are judged by the ASCA Obedience Standards.

Here's Bentley with his Mommy, Kasey Karowsky.

Kasey is getting testing instructions from trainer, Adele Shea.
Bentley looks back at me as I give him a tail wag of encouragement.

Now it's Mommy's & my turn.
This is the "Recall on Leash" section.
I make a perfect score! Yipee!!!!

I'm up against some BIG competition.

This is the "Long Sit" [1 minute] test.  Boooring!

I am NOW a graduate. I made an 84 on the exam.  If it hadn't been for Mommy's nervousness, I would have scored 90. The trainers think Mommy's a push-over. Which she is. I just have to bat my golden brown eyes at her, wag my tail, bring her a toy, and it's all over.

Here we stand with my judge, Adele Shea, and Rosie Hampton, my wonderful teacher.

Now it's time to enroll with Colleges ASU, Lake Havasu City.
Go-o-o-o-o Sun Devils!
